1. Information We Collect

The Module itself does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data of customers or visitors of your store.

Depending on your Magento configuration, the Module may process:

• Product information (e.g., titles, SKUs, prices, stock data)

• Store configuration data (e.g., currency, store views)

No customer personal data (such as names, email addresses, or payment information) is collected or transmitted by the Module.

2. How Information Is Used

The Module is designed to:

• Send product and price updates to your connected Pricemind account (if configured)
• Synchronize pricing and catalog data between your Magento store and Pricemind services
• Improve automation of price monitoring and management for your store

All data exchange is limited to operational purposes necessary for providing the Pricemind service.

Magento-specific details

• The Module operates server-side within Magento and does not inject client-side tracking scripts into the storefront.
• Processing respects Magento website/store view scope. Only data from the scopes you configure is synchronized.
• Authentication to Pricemind uses credentials configured by a Magento administrator. These credentials are stored using Magento’s standard configuration storage.
• Synchronization may run via scheduled jobs (cron) or manual actions initiated by an administrator, depending on your configuration.
• Operational logs may be written to Magento logs for troubleshooting. These logs are intended not to include customer personal data.

3. Data Sharing

• The Module communicates only with the official Pricemind service API (https://pricemind.io).
• No data is shared with third parties beyond Pricemind services.
• Pricemind does not sell or rent your data.

4. Data Security

• All communications between the Module and Pricemind services use encrypted HTTPS connections.
• No sensitive customer data is stored within the Module.
• Pricemind follows industry best practices to protect transferred and stored data.

Cookies and Tracking

The Module does not set cookies or perform user tracking on the storefront. It does not add tags, pixels, or analytics snippets.

5. Your Responsibilities

As the store owner, you remain the data controller for any customer information processed by Magento. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable privacy laws (such as GDPR or CCPA).

6. User Rights

Installation, Configuration, and Uninstallation

Installing or uninstalling the Module does not modify customer data. Removing or disabling the Module stops future data exchanges with Pricemind. You may request deletion of previously synchronized catalog-related data from Pricemind by contacting [email protected].

Where applicable, Pricemind implements appropriate safeguards for international data transfers in line with applicable laws. Operational data exchanged relates to products and catalog configuration, not customer personal data.
